At Vetta Sports, our Instructional Soccer League (ISL) coaches play a vital role in shaping the experience of every child who steps onto the field. They are mentors, encouragers, and leaders who bring energy, passion, and purpose to every session.
Each month, we proudly recognize a group of standout coaches whose dedication reflects the heart of our mission: providing FUN in a safe and organized environment while building young athletes’ confidence, skills, and love for the game.
For November, we are delighted to highlight four exceptional individuals from Concord, St. Charles, Manchester, and Soccerdome. These coaches consistently go above and beyond to support their players, their fellow staff, and the entire Vetta community.
🏅 CONCORD – COACH CHRIS
Coach Chris embodies what it means to lead with positivity, consistency, and heart. Whether he’s running a practice or guiding his team through game day, he brings a calm, patient presence that helps every player feel valued and capable.
His passion for teaching soccer shines through in every drill, every explanation, and every high-five. Chris’s reliability has made him a trusted and respected member of the Concord team — someone players look up to and parents appreciate.
His dedication helps young athletes grow not just in soccer skill, but in confidence and teamwork.
🏅 St. Charles – Coach Chase
Chase is the kind of coach who makes an immediate impact the moment he steps on the field. Known for his high energy and positive attitude, Chase is always the first to lend a hand — whether supporting fellow coaches, assisting with setup, or helping a young player overcome a challenge.
His ability to connect with athletes of all ages makes him a standout at St. Charles. Chase celebrates every victory — big or small — and motivates players to push past their comfort zones. His passion for helping kids grow as athletes and individuals is evident in everything he does.
🏅 Manchester – Coach Mo
Mo is an anchor of the Manchester ISL program and a shining example of leadership, reliability, and genuine care. Coaching year-round, she consistently steps up for her fellow staff members and always brings enthusiasm and kindness to the field.
Mo goes above and beyond to understand the unique needs of her players, ensuring every child learns in the way that works best for them. Her contagious positivity lifts the entire facility, and watching her grow as a coach and leader has been a joy for the Manchester team.
🏅 Soccerdome – Coach Riley
Riley is beloved by players, parents, and staff alike for her kindness, patience, and strong connection with kids. She has a natural ability to make players feel comfortable, supported, and excited to participate — and she never misses an opportunity to help her fellow coaches.
Her dedication to creating a fun, encouraging environment makes her one of the most requested coaches at the Dome. Riley brings out the best in every child, helping them build skills while also making sure they feel confident and proud of their progress.
