At Vetta Sports, great coaching is bigger than drills and scoreboards—it’s bringing energy, positivity, and heart every session. This summer we introduced the Drake’s ISL Coach of the Month to spotlight coaches who live that standard.
In partnership with Drake’s Restaurant, each month we recognize one coach per ISL location who goes above and beyond. These coaches are selected based on parent feedback and management recommendations and are rewarded with a $50 gift card to Drake’s—because great coaching deserves great food.
⚽ Coach Sam – Soccerdome
Coach Sam’s love for the game shows every session. He makes sure every player has a great experience—keeping it fun, safe, and organized—so kids fall in love with soccer and keep coming back.
⚽ Coach Rhett – Manchester
Coach Rhett builds strong relationships with players and parents. He’s reliable, early to every shift, and sets the tone by helping with field setup and delivering upbeat, effective sessions.
⚽ Coach Nathan – Concord
Coach Nathan brings deep coaching experience and a team-first attitude. Always smiling and always willing to help, he lifts the whole session and supports coaches and players alike.
⚽ Coach Konner – St. Charles
Coach Konner goes above and beyond—from arriving early to set up to giving clear, encouraging instruction. His positive attitude and extra effort make him a great role model on and off the field.
