Every month, Vetta Sports recognizes coaches across our Instructional Soccer League (ISL) program who go above and beyond for their players. Sponsored by Drake’s, the Star Coach of the Month award celebrates the coaches who bring energy, encouragement, and heart to every practice and game. This July, we’re proud to recognize four incredible coaches from across our facilities.
⚽ Laney — Manchester
Laney has been a familiar face at Vetta for years, coaching Kickaroos and Camp before moving into our ISL program. Since making the switch, she’s become an amazing asset to the team. Laney brings fun, positive energy to every practice, and it shows — she truly loves coaching and being part of the Vetta family.
⚽ Ben — Soccerdome
Ben is the kind of coach who shows up with a smile every single time. Known for making sure every kid has a great experience on the field, Ben is always ready to help wherever he’s needed. His approach reflects Vetta’s core values in everything he does.
⚽ Gabe — Concord
Gabe’s passion for soccer is matched only by his dedication to his players. He creates a positive, encouraging environment where kids build confidence, sharpen their skills, and — most importantly — have fun. Gabe is widely regarded as one of the best coaches in our ISL program, and it’s easy to see why.
⚽ Claire — Saint Charles
Claire has a gift for connecting with every player she coaches. She leads by example, modeling respect, integrity, and a positive attitude both on and off the field. Beyond soccer skills, Claire instills confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship — lessons her players will carry with them long after the season ends.
