St. Louis Scores is the newest affiliate of America Scores, which uses after-school writing workshops, SOCCER and community service to promote literacy and the physical and social well-being of at risk youth in urban communities, nationwide. By making writing as fun and team-based as soccer, America Scores empowers students with feelings of academic success and a love of writing that they will carry with them throughout their academic careers.
