Party Greeter (s)

Position: Party Greeter

Description: This position will be responsible for greeting the party participants and welcoming them to the facility. They will also assist the parents, to make sure they have NO STRESS! ;)

Bartender/Shift Manager (2 positions available)

It is customary for the concessions person or desk person to have the Manager on Duty Responsibilities (MOD) for the facility.  The game official has the authority over the game and the MOD has the authority over the remaining premises. 

Essential Job Duties: 

1.     Uphold Facility Policies and Procedures

2.     Knowledge of Emergency Procedures- in case of emergency contact 911 immediately

3.     Assist in problem solving and trouble shooting for customers

4.     Ensure guest satisfaction

5.     Support and communicate with co-workers. This includes shift coverage (responsible for making sure the shift is staffed) and ensuring that staff is following procedure/responsibilities.

6.     Communicate situations to the Manager of the particular program

7.     Keep Programs/Leagues on time

8.     Keep Leagues/Programs organized

9.     Advise appropriate management of crisis situation

Days/Hours:

·         Mon- Fri: 4pm- 6:45pm (open to job sharing with someone)

·         Saturdays: 5pm-1am (rotating Saturdays- 2 per month)
